Introspection/ Self-reflection

In the year 2021, we can all agree that throughout our lives we are constantly being fed external stimulus’ trying to gain our attention. Wether it’s social media, billboards or adverts to name a few, society is always trying to feed us information it deems important enough for our attention. Although we all have somewhat of an appetite for entertainment, we can all agree that solitude and introspection is one of the main vital ingredients for our long-term success.
Introspection
allows us to connect to who we are at our most fundamental level of our existence; when we are able to spend time alone in our own space, to meditate and be in the present moment. we realise that we’re all the consciousness behind our thoughts. We shift our perspective from being reactive to our thoughts, to being the observer of our own thought processes.

From this viewpoint we are able to come to the realisation of who we are as spiritual beings, having our human being experience; along with shifting our perception to live our lives from within, in alignment with who we are internally. When we schedule time to have self-reflection, we become consciously aware of the true essence of our own personal existence within. The internal version of us that only we see within ourselves; who we are at our most authentic level of our existence. This is the version of us that will guide us all in to alignment with what our soul truly desires, the passions that live within us all and express our true unique identity which illuminates from the inside out.

Through utilising introspection in our lives we’re all able to come to the realisation of who it is we want to be, and create the thoughts/actions that inspire and resonate with who we are at the core level of our existence. Which will result in us all living in the present moment; raising our vibration to have peace of mind throughout all of our experiences, and ultimately fulfil our true lives purpose. The real change comes from within.
